What we do

Education
We empower communities by helping individuals, with or without disabilities receive a quality education. Our scholarships and grants focus on: - Higher Education- Specialty Care Programs- Community Service- Excellence
Adaptive Sports
Competitive sports drive dedication, discipline, teamwork, communication and resiliency . We look to fill the gaps that exist that can prevent kids and their families from being able to join teams or organizations and compete. We strongly believe in the power of integrating adaptive sports with non-adaptive programs and work to drive greater opportunities in this exciting space.
Enabling Families
We support individuals with a broad range of disabilities, including physical, sensory, and cognitive impairments to achieve great success. However, we also understand the support the entire family needs to ensure that success. Thus, we work to enable networks, provide programs and financial resources for all members of the family.

Hear from Aidan

It has been fun to watch Aidan's growth as an individual and athlete. We are proud to be a small part of his journey. In addition to the national travel as part of the MN Jr. Timberwolves, Aidan travels two hours one way every week just to get to practice. We can't wait to see where his journey takes him!

2025: Another great year of impact!

Events
The 2025 Rising Stars II event was an incredible success, bringing together more than 1,500 attendees for a powerful day of community, inclusion, and inspiration. The event helped raise significant awareness for adaptive sports and the challenges faced by children and families with disabilities, while also celebrating the strength, talent, and determination of the athletes and participants we serve.
Travel
We were able to grant nearly $18,000 to families to support adaptive sports opportunities
Education
We were able to open our education scholarship program in 2025 and granted four individuals $1,000 college scholarships- Visit our Scholarship Page for more information.
Partnership
Provided financial support to other like-minded 501(c)(3) foundations dedicated to making a positive impact in the community.
